Walk-in Fume Hood
The Walk-In Fume Hood Series by ARIAS is specifically designed for laboratory applications that require large-scale synthesis rigs, distillation columns, or bulky analytical instruments that cannot fit on standard workbenches. Featuring a floor-mounted design with a low-profile threshold, it allows technicians to easily roll in heavy equipment, trolley carts, or hazardous storage drums. Built with a double-walled electrogalvanized steel framework and coated with high-micron anti-acid epoxy, the structure is lined with chemically inert panels. The advanced multi-tier rear baffle system ensures uniform face velocity from the floor up, preventing heavy hazardous vapor pockets from settling near the base.

Floor-Mounted Integration: Eliminates the worktable entirely, allowing large-scale, heavy equipment or roll-in apparatuses to be positioned directly on the reinforced laboratory floor.
Multi-Panel Combination Sash: Outfitted with a split vertical and horizontal sliding glass sash system to provide flexible configuration, safe setup visibility, and easy ergonomic access.
Low-Velocity Floor Plenum: Engineered with deep floor-level rear exhaust baffles to safely capture and draw away dense, heavy gases that tend to accumulate near the base zone.
High-Clearance Architecture: Provides tall internal clearance ideal for mounting tall glass distillation assemblies or bulky pilot-plant machinery safely.
